Jessica Holt features on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2024 Staffing 100 Europe list
Jessica Holt, Managing Director of Consultancy for Robert Walters Outsourcing, features on this year’s Staffing 100 Europe list, recognising European staffing leaders whose significant accomplishments and vision are shaping the world of work.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Jessica has dedicated the past 15 years to building consultancy practices and developing early-career tech academies. She is responsible for growing our Consultancy business by 154% in two years.
The Consultancy model deploys employed consultants as an alternative to expensive contractors and consultancies, supporting clients with tenure risks and reducing costs by over 20% per consultant compared to traditional contractors. In 2023 alone, this approach saved our clients over £7 million.
EDI is a significant focus for Jessica and the Consultancy team. The diversity of our consultant base is notable, with 52% identifying as non-white, 30% female, and 41% being the first in their family to attend university.
Jessica’s vision is to continue to disrupt traditional routes to talent and revolutionise how organisations hire and engage with non-permanent resources, delivering significant benefits to clients, employees, the industry, and society.
She is committed to enabling access to skilled and experienced professionals through clients’ managed service or statement of work programmes, and global growth, with a focus on expansion from the core locations of UK and Ireland into APAC and the United States.
Jessica also actively participates in roundtables, industry events, and career fairs, where she has connected with over 1,200 students, encouraging young females to pursue STEM subjects.
Jessica commented: "I am incredibly honoured to be featured on Staffing Industry Analysts' 2024 Staffing 100 Europe list. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of my brilliant team and the success we’ve achieved together. Our Consultancy business has experienced tremendous growth, and I am proud of the innovative model we have developed. Together, we are revolutionising how organisations hire and engage with non-permanent resources, while also championing diversity and inclusion. I am excited to continue our journey and see our global expansion plans come to life in 2025”
