Jessica Holt recognised by Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2024 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list
Jessica Holt, Managing Director of Consultancy for Robert Walters Outsourcing, has been featured on this year’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. This annual list honours female executives whose vision, achievements and leadership are elevating and transforming the global staffing industry.
Jessica has grown our Consultancy business by 154% in two years, providing clients with over £7 million in savings by deploying employed consultants as an alternative to expensive contractors and consultancies.
One of Jessica’s notable achievements is the launch and growth of our Hire Train Deploy programme, a cost-effective and socially conscious way for clients to utilise flexible resource, build a tech talent pipeline, improve diversity and reduce skills gaps.
Through the shared capabilities of Robert Walters, Jessica aims to be a disruptor to the traditional routes to talent and revolutionise how organisations hire and engage with non-permanent resources, delivering significant benefits to clients, employees, the industry, and society.
Jessica also actively engages with the contingent management ecosystem by speaking at industry events, mentoring emerging leaders, and building partnerships to enhance diverse representation, with organisations such as InnovateHer, who focus on preparing girls for a career in tech.
Jessica commented: “"I am truly humbled to be recognised on the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list alongside so many incredible women. Thank you to SIA, and to my fantastic team who have been instrumental in the success Consultancy has achieved. Our Recruit Train Deploy programme is something I’m particularly proud of, as it not only provides cost-effective solutions for our clients but also increases access to fulfilling careers for underrepresented groups. I am dedicated to continuing our journey of innovation and disruption in the talent acquisition space, while also championing diversity and inclusion.”
