ServiceNow is a leading cloud-based platform that helps organisations drive transformation through AI and automation. As an official ServiceNow Placement Partner, we embed ServiceNow’s training and certification programmes into our Hire Train Deploy (HTD) academy, enabling us to deliver emerging talent with the specialised skills to implement, manage, and optimise ServiceNow solutions.

To complement emerging talent, Robert Walters also deploys experienced ServiceNow professionals, ensuring clients benefit from a balanced blend of fresh innovation and proven expertise. By combining custom-trained graduates with seasoned consultants, we help clients build high-performing ServiceNow teams that accelerate digital outcomes and deliver lasting impact.

PSR

The Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) framework connects government departments and public bodies with trusted delivery partners to address critical skill gaps. As a PSR partner, Robert Walters Consultancy delivers emerging talent through our Recruit Train Deploy (RTD) model, providing junior consultants trained in high-demand areas such as data, digital, software engineering, and change management. These consultants are deployed into public sector teams for 12–24 months, delivering immediate impact while building long-term capability.
