Robert Walters Consultancy joins PSR framework to support public sector transformation
Robert Walters Consultancy has been awarded a place on the Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) Recruit, Train, Deploy (RTD) framework. This marks a significant step forward in our commitment to delivering impact across the UK public sector.
PSR connects government departments and public bodies with trusted delivery partners. The RTD model supports critical skill gaps by developing emerging talent and deploying them where they’re needed most.
Through the framework, we’ll provide job-ready junior consultants trained in high-demand areas such as data, digital, software engineering and change. Our consultants will be deployed into public sector teams for 12–24 months, delivering real impact from day one. At the end of the programme, clients have the option to convert consultants into permanent employees at no extra cost.
A flexible solution for a changing workforce
We know leaders across government face a challenging environment. Budgets are tight, headcount is restricted, and demand for digital skills continues to rise. Our ‘Recruit Train Deploy’ (also called ‘Hire Train Deploy’) model offers a flexible, cost-effective way to build long-term capability without upfront hiring costs or permanent headcount.
Our consultants are employed by us and trained specifically in the tools and technologies teams use. Clients benefit from a skilled workforce that performs at the level of experienced professionals, while keeping full control over cost and risk.
Jessica Holt, Global Managing Director of Robert Walters Consultancy, said:
"Being selected for the PSR framework reflects the strength of our Recruit Train Deploy model and our ability to deliver impact where it matters most. We're proud to support public sector transformation by building high-quality, diverse talent pipelines that help the government deliver better outcomes."
