Engagements typically run two to six weeks, with a fixed Statement of Work and transparent costs. Typical engagements include programme discovery and definition, strategic roadmap design, target operating model review, and AI readiness assessments.

Capability build
Build valuable skills and IP within your organisation.
Internal capability building is supported through two approaches. Consultants can be custom-trained in the skills you need and deployed to your organisation, with the option to convert them into permanent employees. Or training can be delivered directly to your existing teams, upskilling your workforce in the areas your organisation needs most.
Training spans technical disciplines such as SRE, software development and AI, as well as change and transformation skills such as project management and business analysis, through to professional and leadership skills such as emotional intelligence, resilience, and dealing with conflict.
