Robert Walters joins PSR framework to deliver experienced consultants to the Public Sector
Robert Walters has been awarded a place on the Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) Resource Augmentation framework. This means public sector organisations can now access our experienced consultants to support projects in digital, data, technology and transformation.
PSR connects government departments and public bodies with trusted delivery partners. Alongside our role on the PSR Recruit Train Deploy (RTD) framework, this agreement allows us to provide both emerging and experienced talent to meet urgent skills needs.
Delivering impact with skilled capability
Through the framework, we will provide specialist consultants. These experts are deployed directly into public sector teams as Robert Walters employees, supporting delivery at pace.
Consultants bring proven skills and experience from both the private and public sector. We can provide talent in high-demand areas including digital transformation, data analytics, software engineering, and ServiceNow implementation.
A flexible way to scale
Public sector leaders face tight budgets and increased demand for expertise. Our model offers an agile way to access senior talent without increasing permanent headcount.
We manage the employment and administration of consultants. Clients retain control of delivery, while reducing hiring risks and keeping costs predictable.
Jessica Holt, Global Managing Director at Robert Walters, said:
"Joining PSR’s Resource Augmentation framework reflects our ability to meet urgent needs with experienced consultants. Combined with the Recruit Train Deploy (RTD) framework, we can now support the public sector with talent at every level. Together, these allow us to provide the skills required to deliver essential projects that move public services forward."
If you’re a public sector organisation looking for proven consultants in digital, data, or transformation, we’re here to help.
