Urgentlly looking for an HR Systems Specialist (iTrent) Onsite / Birmingham base Salary: £35,608 - £38,784 Excellent benefits package including 35 days annual leave, Christmas closure and 14% employer pension contribution We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to play a key role in supporting a major upgrade of our iTrent HR and Payroll system.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong iTrent expertise to contribute to a significant systems improvement project, with a particular focus on the implementation and optimisation of the iTrent eRecruitment module.

About the Role

Reporting into the HR Systems team, you will support the ongoing iTrent upgrade programme and take a leading role in implementing and embedding eRecruitment functionality. Working closely with HR, recruitment and system stakeholders, you will help ensure the system is configured effectively, tested thoroughly and delivers an excellent experience for both managers and applicants.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of an iTrent system upgrade project.
  • Assisting with the implementation and configuration of the iTrent eRecruitment module.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Supporting testing, user acceptance testing and system rollout activities.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and resolving configuration queries.
  • Producing user guidance and supporting end-user training where required.
  • Ensuring data quality, system integrity and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Significant experience of working with the iTrent HR and Payroll system.
  • Experience in the implementation, configuration or administration of eRecruitment or recruitment modules within an HR Management System.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, developments or change projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
