Project Planner - Integrated Ticketing Programme

The Role

As Project Planner, you will:

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Manage milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities
• Coordinate across internal teams, suppliers, and delivery partners
• Monitor progress and produce clear, insightful reporting and dashboards
• Identify risks, assess impacts, and support contingency planning
• Support planning across key phases, including testing, deployment, and go-live

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience planning complex, large-scale programmes
• Strong expertise in integrated scheduling and dependency management
• Experience working with multiple suppliers and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and reporting tools
• Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)

Desirable:

• Experience in transport, ticketing, or payment systems
• Knowledge of contactless, smartcard, or mobile ticketing solutions

• Risk and dependency management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
