Transformation & Change Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Contract Transformation & Change Consultant to support the launch, adoption and growth of innovative SaaS and technology-led solutions within a rapidly evolving market.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong change management expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of SaaS, technology and digital solutions. You will play a key role in driving customer adoption, improving business outcomes, and supporting organisational transformation.

Technology, SaaS & Solution Delivery

• Work closely with technical and product teams to understand solution capabilities.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Support go-to-market, customer onboarding and adoption activities.
• Bridge the gap between business, technology and operational teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of products and services through feedback and market insights.
• Support customers throughout the SaaS adoption lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation, engagement and value realisation.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or Digital Transformation roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive teams.
• A solid understanding of technology solutions, digital platforms, SaaS products, data and systems integration.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
• Experience supporting product launches, transformation programmes or technology adoption initiatives.
• Ideally, experience working within a SaaS environment, with exposure to customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, customer success and benefits realisation.
• Experience working closely with pre-sales, product, delivery and technology teams to support customer outcomes.

Desirable

• Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG or equivalent).
• Experience within a SaaS business, technology organisation, digital services provider or consultancy environment.
• Knowledge of programme delivery methodologies and business change frameworks.
• Experience supporting subscription-based products and customer success programmes.
