Solutions Architecture (Dynamics)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solutions Architecture professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide technology solutions that support the organisation's digital transformation strategy. This role is responsible for defining solution architecture, establishing technology standards, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across a Microsoft-first technology estate.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• 5–10 years' experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar senior architecture role.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale Microsoft technology solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Azure Integration Services.
• Experience designing API-led, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on software development background with enterprise integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent understanding of cloud security, identity management, governance, compliance, and privacy principles.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing architecture within multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development practices.

Desirable

• Experience leading enterprise application modernisation programmes.
• Experience delivering legacy system decommissioning initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience within membership organisations, professional bodies, or highly regulated environments.
