Client Services Executive

We are looking for a highly organised Client Services Executive to join a well-established London-based business with a long-standing reputation for quality and craftsmanship. This varied role combines client service, sales support, events and relationship management, offering the opportunity to work with a wide range of UK and international clients in a collaborative team environment.

This role requires a candidate to work 5 days on site in London

What you'll do

• Deliver a first-class client experience across a specialist product range.
• Manage client enquiries and provide expert advice throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings and prestigious events, representing the business professionally.
• Coordinate UK and international events, business trips and marketing activity.
• Take client measurements and oversee hire stock management.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support invoicing, account reconciliation and general sales administration.

What you'll bring

• Experience in client services or office support within luxury retail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Business Central is desirable).
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to spot business opportunities.
• An interest in luxury brands, heritage businesses or premium customer service.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
