Sales Manager
Sales Manager Location: Derbyshire Salary: 75k - 90k + package
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join an established and growing technical business based in Derbyshire.
This is a hands-on management role, responsible for leading an established sales team, driving commercial performance and supporting continued business growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a national sales team
- Driving performance against revenue and margin targets
- Managing sales pipelines, KPIs and forecasting
- Supporting key accounts and high-value opportunities
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Working closely with internal operational teams to ensure customer requirements can be delivered
- Improving sales processes, conversion and overall team performance
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership position
- Experience within a technical, industrial or engineering-led environment
- A proven track record of improving sales performance
- Strong commercial, negotiation and account management skills
- A hands-on and results-focused approach to leadership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
