Sales Development Representative
Overview This is a sales focused on generating new business opportunities for a global SAAS business. You'll be speaking with small and medium-sized business owners, introducing them to the company’s software solutions, and identifying potential sales opportunities for the wider team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, prospecting, building relationships, and developing a career in technology sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively reaching out to potential customers through:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn messaging
- Other creative prospecting methods
- Building and managing your own pipeline of prospects
- Qualifying opportunities using sales methodologies such as BANT or SPIN
- Handling objections and creating interest in the companies solutions
- Booking and generating opportunities for the sales team
- Developing relationships with SME business owners
A large part of the role is outbound activity, so resilience and confidence are important. Candidates should be comfortable hearing "no" and staying motivated.

- Experience in a lead generation, SDR, BDR, telesales or outbound sales role
- Understanding of qualification frameworks such as BANT or SPIN
- Ability to demonstrate how they've successfully handled objections
