The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy, winning quality new business, and leading a motivated sales team to achieve commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy focused on profitable growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor performance against budgets and objectives, providing support and guidance where needed.
- Support key customer visits, tenders, and business development opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive team engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee credit control and debt management activities within the region.
- Promote a collaborative, customer-focused culture across the business.

You will be a proven sales leader with a track record of driving growth and developing successful teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and performance targets.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
