What you'll do:
As a Junior Business Acceptance Analyst based in London but operating with a global remit, you will play an integral role in supporting the organisation’s ambitious growth plans by ensuring all business acceptance processes are managed efficiently and effectively. Your day-to-day activities will involve handling time-sensitive queries related to client onboarding, matter administration, legal conflicts, financial crime prevention, reputational risk assessment, and more. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions—sharing insights, providing support where needed, and helping maintain high standards throughout the team. By actively engaging in ongoing training programmes and contributing feedback for process improvement initiatives, you will help shape best practices while developing your own expertise. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and work collaboratively will be key to thriving in this dynamic environment.
- Analyse a diverse range of business acceptance issues daily, proactively seeking solutions that align with firm policy and deliver high standards of service.
- Learn about, identify, coordinate, and resolve or escalate business acceptance queries from various teams across the organisation, primarily relating to matter and client administration.
- Receive extensive training on business acceptance systems, building foundational knowledge essential for long-term career success within the firm.
- Support the global Business Acceptance team by assisting with queries beyond your usual remit to ensure seamless operation and meet organisational needs.
- Effectively manage your own workload while collaborating with colleagues to ensure priorities are met and queries are addressed promptly.
- Foster an inclusive environment focused on consistent delivery of high-quality work and commercial awareness within the team.
- Work closely with members of the global Business Acceptance team as well as colleagues in Risk & Compliance and other departments across different regions on a daily basis.
- Proactively seek out learning opportunities and demonstrate a willingness to develop both technical expertise and interpersonal skills relevant to your role.
- Contribute feedback towards the ongoing development of policies, frameworks, procedures, guidance, and systems within the Business Acceptance function.
- Participate in workstreams outside your normal scope in line with strategies developed by management, supporting broader organisational objectives.
