Senior Project Manager – Client Transformation

A global investment management firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a newly established, multi-year Client Transformation programme. Working across Client, Sales and Marketing, you will lead projects focused on improving the B2B client experience across the client lifecycle.

The programme is currently in Discovery, offering the opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape a high-profile global initiative.

The role

• Lead client transformation projects from discovery through to implementation
• Manage multiple projects, workstreams, risks, issues and dependencies
• Establish project governance and maintain delivery plans
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across Client, Sales and Marketing
• Identify opportunities to improve client journeys, onboarding and lifecycle
• Drive delivery across complex, global teams

What we're looking for

• Strong project management experience within B2B client or business transformation
• Financial services, asset management or investment management experience
• Experience in client onboarding, client implementation, client journeys, lifecycle or CX
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across Sales, Marketing and Client teams
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a complex, global environment
