Technical Delivery Manager – Cyber Security - Banking

A global investment bank is seeking a Vice President – Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Information Security projects across a complex, regulated environment. Working closely with security, technology and business stakeholders across EMEA and global teams, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale Information Security projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide governance, reporting and executive-level stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with global technology teams and third-party partners.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Skillset & Requirements

• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity or information security projects in a banking environment.
• Strong project management experience (PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred).
• Experience working across Technology Risk, Cyber Security or Information Security.
• Knowledge of GRC platforms, IAM, TPRM and risk/control frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with CyberArk or BlueVoyant is advantageous.
