Operations Change Director - Global Investment Bank

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global investment bank, taking ownership of the Operations change portfolio across a complex back-office environment. Working closely with Operations, Technology and Transformation teams, you will drive the planning, prioritisation and delivery of multiple strategic, regulatory and technology-led initiatives across EMEA.

You'll play a key role in ensuring change is successfully embedded across operational teams, balancing business-as-usual priorities with a busy portfolio of projects while providing governance, executive reporting and resource planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the Operations change portfolio across multiple back-office functions.
• Develop change roadmaps, manage priorities and oversee delivery across concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Technology and Transformation teams to ensure successful implementation of change.
• Assess operational impacts, manage dependencies and support workforce planning.
• Produce high-quality governance and executive reporting for senior stakeholders.

About you:

• Significant experience within banking Operations, with a strong understanding of back-office functions.
• Proven experience delivering operational change, regulatory programmes or technology-enabled initiatives.
• Strong portfolio management, governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Experience working across Operations, Technology and Change functions within an investment or corporate bank.
