Your Role:

• Identify and improve business processes through digitalisation and automation.
• Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Tungsten Automation tools.
• Promote generative AI tools like Copilot and integrate AI agents into workflows.
• Prepare impactful updates for committees and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience delivering transformation projects in large organisations.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with process automation platforms (e.g., Tungsten Automation or PEGA).
• Proficiency in Python for data processing tasks.
• Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of corporate banking operations and change management principles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills.
