Technical Business Analyst

Business Analyst Contract – Inside IR35 Day rate - £300 to £425 per day Duration – 3-4 Months Location – Wiltshire (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a fast-paced organisation on a 3-month contract. You’ll play a key role in improving business systems and processes, working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll:

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, especially in production and order fulfilment.
• Translate business needs into clear technical solutions and documentation (e.g., user stories, process maps).
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A strong technical understanding of systems, APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Process optimisation expertise (Lean/Six Sigma is a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, logistics or warehousing organisations would be beneficial.
