A fast growing logistics business are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, we are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, manage warehouse teams, and ensure daily operational targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse operatives and MHE drivers.
• Deliver productivity, quality, safety and service KPIs.
• Manage attendance, performance and team development.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution supervisory experience.
• Experience managing warehouse teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to MHE operations (VNA experience desirable).
• Strong people management and organisational skills.
• Ability to drive performance and maintain high operational standards.
