A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management and commercial activities across a diverse portfolio while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities, including tendering, negotiation and contract award.
• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies that deliver commercial value and support business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance and contract lifecycle activities.
• Provide commercial and procurement expertise to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement governance, policies and risk management frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, systems and reporting.
• Support the development of junior procurement professionals and contribute to team capability building.

About You

• 7-10 years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contracts or commercial management.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating within a structured corporate environment.
• Strong contract management and supplier relationship management experience.
• Familiarity with procurement systems and sourcing platforms.
• CIPS or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
