Robert Walters is partnering with a leading global medical technology manufacturer to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global business operating within the medical devices sector. You'll lead a customer service team responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across order management, customer support, returns, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, supply chain, and finance.

We're looking for a proven Customer Service Manager with experience in a medical devices, med-tech or healthcare technology, who can drive service excellence, process improvement, and customer retention.

Key Requirements

• Customer Service Management experience within medical devices, med-tech, healthcare technology, or a highly regulated industry
• Experience leading and developing customer service teams
• Strong background in customer escalations, service delivery, and operational improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on customer experience
