An exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced global technology business on an initial 4-month contract.

This role is heavily execution-focused rather than strategic. They need someone who can quickly embed into the business, work closely with sales teams, manage ambiguity confidently, and deliver high-impact marketing activity from day one.

You’ll be joining a lean, commercially driven environment where speed, communication and hands-on delivery matter.

The Role

  • Execute regional marketing plans aligned to pipeline and revenue goals

  • Work closely with sales teams to support campaigns, events and deal-based marketing activity

  • Build briefs and coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders and channels

  • Analyse campaign and performance data to optimise activity and make informed decisions

  • Support field marketing initiatives including events, roundtables, webinars and customer engagement programmes

  • Drive projects forward independently with minimal handholding

  • Collaborate with wider EMEA/global marketing functions where required

  • Ensure activity is delivered at pace and to a high standard within a complex environment

Candidate Criteria

  • Proven B2B technology marketing background

  • Strong field marketing or demand generation experience

  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments

  • Highly executional and hands-on approach

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify what’s working

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Able to hit the ground running quickly in a contract environment

  • Experience from large technology businesses (Meta-style environments) highly beneficial, although strong start-up or scale-up profiles will also be considered
