What you'll do:
- You will manage a mixed caseload encompassing personal injury, clinical negligence, and CAPA matters, ensuring each case receives thorough attention and care.
- You will provide invaluable support to senior lawyers on complex claims, contributing your insight and diligence to high-value litigation processes.
- You will maintain responsibility for file management, client relationships, and court work, demonstrating reliability and sensitivity in all interactions.
- You will actively participate in business development initiatives, helping to expand the team's reach and influence within the sector.
- You will collaborate closely with colleagues across specialisms, sharing knowledge and fostering a communal approach to problem-solving.

What you bring:
- You have between 0–3 years post-qualification experience or are CILEX qualified with relevant exposure to personal injury or clinical negligence cases.

- Your organisational abilities enable you to manage files efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
