Clinical Risk Solicitor

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Clinical Risk Solicitor in Bristol to join their dynamic and friendly team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a committed and passionate individual to be part of a progressive, and highly dedicated team with a proven track record in medical claims.

What you'll do:

As a Clinical Risk Solicitor, your role will be:

• Managing a challenging but fulfilling caseload of defendant clinical negligence work.
• Drafting legal documents, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims.
• Preparing cases for and adhering to court deadlines.
• Engaging in direct client care
• Providing commercially focused legal advice and working within a clients parameters.
• Participating in knowledge sharing, training, client seminars, and business development.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Risk Solicitor role is someone with:

• Up to 5 Years PQE with experience in clinical negligence, personal injury.
• Experience of an NHS Resolution
• Logical approach to handling a variety of clinical negligence claims.
• A demonstrable ability to adopt a commercial perspective approach to legal issues.
• Highly client-focused attitude.
• Team-oriented and collegiate with a willingness to mentor, coach and supervise less experienced members of teams.
