  • Manage multiple matters, projects and portfolios simultaneously by delivering against agreed scope, timeframes and budgets while proactively monitoring progress and addressing risks or issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate diverse stakeholder groups including clients, partners, lawyers, paralegals and business services teams to facilitate effective governance routines and seamless communication throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and support bids where legal project management expertise is essential for successful service delivery, ensuring all documentation meets the highest standards.
  • Establish consistent legal project management methods, templates and tooling across all matters to drive efficiency and standardisation within the team.
  • Produce regular status reports, dashboards and post-matter reviews that capture lessons learned and inform continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
  • Plan and manage resourcing for high-volume programmes such as paralegal teams by overseeing onboarding processes, allocating work appropriately and maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards.
