A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Insolvency Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing insolvency team. With offices in Leicester, Northampton or Milton Keynes this is a genuine career-development role for a solicitor looking to operate with increasing autonomy, mentor junior colleagues, and build a broad, high-quality insolvency practice.

About the Role

The successful Insolvency Solicitor will join the Leicester insolvency team and enjoy a broad contentious and non-contentious workload.

You'll act for Insolvency Practitioners nationwide, working with mid-sized insolvency firms, independent practices and wider insolvency stakeholders. This isn't volume-driven panel work it's a relationship-led practice built on repeat instructions and a strong cross-referral network, giving you real client contact and variety across the full insolvency spectrum.

You will play a key role bridging the gap between junior and senior lawyers and connect with the wider practice spanning Leicester, Northampton, Norwich and Manchester.

About You

• UK qualified Solicitor with 3–6 PQE, with solid contentious insolvency experience (non-contentious exposure a bonus)
• Comfortable working independently with appropriate supervisory support
• Commercially astute, with a genuine interest in client relationship-building
• A collaborative team player, keen to support junior colleagues and broaden your own experience
• Happy working primarily office-based
