We have recently been instructed by our client, a leading regional law firm, in relation to an opportunity for an NQ+ Property Litigation Solicitor to join their established Litigation team based in the West Midlands. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor who is seeking a role that can offer them varied and challenging work.

About the role

This busy Property Litigation team undertake a broad mix of work including:

• Lease renewal proceedings
• Rent review
• Lease breaks
• Dilapidations
• Service Charge
• Forfeiture
• Commercial possession actions
• Landlord & Tenant Disputes
• Day to day portfolio management issues

About the person

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor/Trainee Solicitor with at least 6 months’ experience gained in a Property Litigation matters at a reputable law firm.

Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that the Property Litigation Solicitor must possess include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities.
