Construction Lawyer - 6mths, £700-900pd

Renewable energy business based in Central London require a Construction Lawyer over the next 6 months to cover a bottleneck period of various ongoing projects. Outside IR35 operators can be considered for this one.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in construction matters relating to energy projects, with plenty of experience of O&M, EPC, FIDIC Silver Book etc. However as an alternative, the client may also consider individuals with construction experience from outside the energy industry. Whilst applications from all levels will be considered on merit, you will ideally have at least six years’ PQE.

Whilst there may be some flexibility on office attendance, the preference is to have someone in three days per week.

Please note the upper end of the daily rate range quoted is only available to those working via an umbrella/limited company.
