Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Litigation Associate/Senior Associate to join their growing Property Litigation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a caseload of high-value, complex disputes, spanning court proceedings, arbitrations, and expert determinations. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with clients across specialist sectors, becoming a trusted advisor on a wide range of commercial property issues.

What you'll do:

As a Property Litigation Associate/Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing a variety of litigation matters. Your role will involve handling a diverse range of property-related disputes and working closely with clients across various sectors. You will be expected to become a trusted advisor on commercial property issues, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Take the lead on your own caseload of high-value, complex disputes including;

• Dilapidations
• Forfeiture
• Adverse possession
• Restrictive covenants
• Alienation
• Landlord & Tenant matters
• Alienation

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Property Litigation Associate/Senior Associate role will bring significant experience in managing various litigation matters. You should have mediation experience and be able to hold a client's confidence while advising on strategy, quantum, and merits related to any claim. Your ability to manage junior colleagues and supervise their workflows will be crucial in this role.
