We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join the dynamic corporate team of a Legal 500 rated firm, This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and contribute to the success of a highly regarded Corporate team.

• Acting on corporate finance transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
• Drafting standard corporate documents including articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, and SPAs.
• Collaborating with colleagues to provide innovative solutions for clients across various sectors.

• Solid experience in general corporate law and transactional work.
• UK qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE
• If you have a track record of handling complex corporate finance transactions and drafting key legal documents, get in touch.

• The ability to manage your own workload and caseload effectively.
