Governance Manager

I’m delighted to be partnering with a prestigious international investment bank in London that is looking to appoint a Corporate Governance Manager to its high performing governance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing governance team and take ownership of a portfolio of regulated entities and fund structures across Europe. The role offers broad exposure, significant responsibility, and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders.

They’re ideally looking for a qualified or part qualified company secretarial or corporate governance professional with experience preferably within funds, but experience within investment management or asset management will also be desirable.
