Legal Counsel (German)-12mth FTC,£115k

Global professional services business requires a German-speaking lawyer to join them on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This will be a hybrid-working arrangement with three days per week required in the Central London office. You must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

The day-to-day remit includes drafting, negotiating, reviewing and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements relating to consultancy, professional services, confidentiality and master services agreements. You will liaise across the board with clients, internal stakeholders and outside counsel to bring matters to a successful conclusion.

This position requires a qualified lawyer who speaks German fluently and can draft/negotiate commercial agreements in that language. You must have at least 4 years’ PQE* and a proven track record in handling a high volume workload of commercial contracts. The client is very flexible on the industry that applicants have worked in previously.
