Legal Counsel

A well-established SaaS/Tech business is looking for a Legal Counsel (3+ PQE) to join its London-based in-house team. This is a broad, business-facing role supporting an international organisation in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (including SaaS, licensing and MSAs)
• Advise on data protection, intellectual property, compliance and general commercial matters
• Support strategic initiatives including technology partnerships, data projects and new product development
• Partner closely with Sales and other business units, providing pragmatic, commercial advice
• Assist with company secretarial matters and management of external counsel

About you:
• At least 3 years’ PQE, gained in-house and/or private practice
• Experience within a SaaS or data-driven business highly desirable
• Strong commercial contract negotiation skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and confident working independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
