The Wins and Fails of ED&I

Watch the webinar

Be inspired as we delve into the current state of ED&I with the valuable insight of esteemed panelists from Royal Mail Group, Jaguar Land Rover, Robert Walters Group and the former Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Lead at Spotify.

We explore pivotal topics that will enable you to analyse your organisation’s current ED&I practices, and examine which interventions have proved to have had an impact (and which haven't).

Data: Why a research and data-led approach is the only way to move the dial with ED&I initiatives.
Leadership in ED&I: How to engage and inspire, especially during difficult times.
Technology – friend or foe?: Unravel the role technology plays in achieving ED&I goals.
Driving change through diverse & inclusive hiring: What are the unintended consequences to consider when shaping hiring practices?

Guiding the conversation is our host Coral Bamgboye, Head of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Robert Walters Group.
