Introduction
We helped an insurance provider move from slow, manual claims reporting to a real-time, automated data platform. This transformed the speed and confidence of business decision-making.
The challenge
The organisation had no clear or timely view of claims performance. Data was held across multiple systems and pulled together manually each month by finance and claims teams. The solution

We then built a suite of automated Power BI dashboards, replacing manual monthly reports. This gave teams real-time visibility of claims performance. We also supported internal teams in adopting the new dashboards, delivering training sessions and user guidance to embed the change.
