Talent Co-ordinator - 6 months contract
We are partnering with a global technology organisation undergoing a significant business integration across the EMEA region. As part of this programme, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support the employment onboarding and contract management process for a large employee population across multiple countries and legal entities. 6 months contract Reading based - hybrid working £200 - £215 a day
This role will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the integration process by coordinating contract administration, stakeholder communications, onboarding activities, and project tracking across a complex international landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end preparation, issuance, tracking, and completion of employment contracts and contract amendments across multiple EMEA countries.
- Coordinate activities in line with a structured integration timeline, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Partner closely with HR, Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support employee communications regarding contract updates, onboarding activities, and key project milestones.
- Act as a point of contact for employee and manager queries throughout the onboarding and transition process.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility of progress and outstanding actions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives where appropriate.
- Ensure all employee information is managed securely and in compliance with GDPR and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Experience
We're looking for someone who combines exceptional organisation with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing high-volume administrative or coordination activities within Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, People Services, or HR Project environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage across various teams and levels of seniority.
- Advanced organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience using reporting and tracking tools such as Excel, Workday, Smartsheet, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly within a fast-changing environment.
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential employee data.
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, employee transfers, onboarding programmes, or large-scale HR projects.
- Understanding of employment contracts and employment processes across multiple EMEA countries.
- Experience within a global technology or fast-growth business.
- Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
