Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-Month FTC) | Manchester (Hybrid) £45k - £50k

I am looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and technology functions while partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of direct sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion in all hiring activities.

About you:

• 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally recruiting for corporate and/or technology roles.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates across a range of functions and levels.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and direct sourcing techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
