We are seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Partner to join a dynamic global organisation on a 6 months contract basis with the intention to go permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reward professional with strong benefits expertise to play a key role in delivering and enhancing reward programmes that support the attraction, retention and engagement of talent across international markets. London based - hybrid 1 day in office a week £60 - £70k

Working closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders and external providers, you will take ownership of UK and US benefits programmes while contributing to wider reward initiatives including compensation reviews, pay transparency, benchmarking and reward governance.

The Opportunity

As Reward & Benefits Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor across the business, helping to ensure reward and benefits programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned with organisational objectives. You will balance operational delivery with strategic project work, supporting a varied and rewarding global agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Reward & Compensation

  • Support the delivery of global reward programmes and initiatives.
  • Provide expert reward guidance to HR teams and business leaders.
  • Contribute to annual salary review, bonus and incentive cycles.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Support pay transparency and pay equity initiatives.

Benefits Management

  • Lead the administration, governance and optimisation of UK and US benefits programmes.
  • Ensure benefits remain competitive, compliant and aligned to market trends.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for benefits-related queries and projects.
  • Support global benefits reviews and harmonisation activity.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure consistency while meeting local requirements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with brokers, insurers and third-party providers.
  • Support renewals, market reviews and supplier negotiations.
  • Monitor provider performance and drive service improvements.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR teams and key business stakeholders globally.

Analytics, Governance & Compliance

  • Produce reward and benefits reporting and insights.
  • Monitor programme costs, utilisation and effectiveness.
  • Maintain reward governance frameworks and documentation.
  • Support compliance with local regulatory, tax and legislative requirements.

Reward Projects

You will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of strategic projects, including:

  • Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Pay transparency and pay equity programmes.
  • Global benefits reviews.
  • Share plan administration and governance.
  • Reward technology and process improvement initiatives.

About You

We're looking for a reward professional who can quickly build credibility and add value in a fast paced global environment.

You'll bring:

  • Experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Strong expertise in UK and/or US employee benefits.
  • Knowledge of broader reward principles including salary benchmarking, compensation reviews and reward governance.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience managing external providers and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Excel and reward systems experience would be advantageous.
