EMEA Benefits Analyst - 12 months contract
Are you an experienced Benefits professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a global organisation? We are partnering with an internationally recognised technology business to recruit a Benefits Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. London - Hybrid £250 - £280 per day
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Benefits Centre of Excellence team, supporting the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programmes across the EMEA region.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the regional Benefits leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of health, retirement, protection, leave, and wellbeing programmes. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, you will help drive operational excellence while contributing to a world-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing administration and maintenance of regional benefits programmes across EMEA
- Manage benefits system updates, change requests, testing, audits, and incident investigations
- Ensure benefits data integrity and accuracy across multiple programmes
- Support annual insurance renewal activities across EMEA markets
- Assist with time off and leave processes, ensuring compliance and seamless employee experiences
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee and manager benefits queries
- Review, develop, and maintain benefits processes and documentation
- Drive process improvement initiatives and support programme implementation projects
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, Communications, vendors, and other key stakeholders
- Support senior team members with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
About You
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Benefits professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience within employee benefits, reward, or HR benefits operations
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and programme delivery
- Experience working with benefits platforms, HR systems, and data audits
- Proven project management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, payroll, communications, and external providers
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience
