The Role:
Seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Recruitment Manager to take ownership of the recruitment function during a pivotal time of change and growth. Reporting into senior leadership, this role combines strategic talent acquisition, stakeholder partnership, and operational delivery. You’ll lead the attraction, engagement, and hiring of high-calibre talent across the business while adapting processes to align with market trends, AI advancements, and evolving employment laws.
This is not a volume recruitment role, it’s about delivering quality hires that drive business growth, including interns, graduates, and experienced professionals. You’ll have autonomy to shape recruitment strategies, maximise ATS/CRM systems, and ensure seamless integration with their US parent company.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage live roles from briefing through offer acceptance and on boarding.
- Strategic Partnership: Advise senior leaders on hiring strategies, market trends, AI-driven recruitment practices, and compliance with employment law changes.
- Talent Pipelines: Build robust pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping activities.
- Intern & Graduate Programs: Support the successful intern-to-graduate conversion process developed by Natasha; enhance early careers hiring strategies.
- ATS Optimisation: Maximise the use of new systems to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Represent the firm at industry events and refine job descriptions to reflect market shifts and AI integration.
- Data & Insights: Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and support decision-making; produce regular reports for leadership teams.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment within financial services or professional services environments.
- Tech-savvy recruiter with expertise in ATS/CRM systems and AI-driven hiring trends.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to advise and influence senior leaders strategically.
- Knowledge of employment law changes and compliance requirements.
- Experience building talent pipelines for niche roles.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
