As a Payroll Onboarding Consultant based in Manchester, you will play an integral role in welcoming new clients onto the payroll platform. • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information in line with company policies and industry standards.

To excel as a Payroll Onboarding Consultant, you will bring proven experience from roles involving customer onboarding—ideally within payroll or finance settings—where you have handled complex data migrations or reconciliations.

Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:

• Previous experience in customer onboarding within a payroll or finance-related role is highly desirable, especially if you have managed data loads, reconciliations, parallel runs or go-live authorisations.
