We're looking for a talented Talent Development Program Manager (EMEA) to join a dynamic Employee Experience team within a leading global organisation on a 12 months contract. London based - hybrid £350 - £400 per day

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive programme manager who is passionate about learning, leadership development and creating exceptional employee experiences. You'll be responsible for delivering a portfolio of leadership and talent development programmes across the EMEA region, helping employees and leaders develop the skills they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring every programme runs seamlessly. You'll combine a passion for learning with strong operational excellence, stakeholder management and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a portfolio of leadership and talent development programmes across EMEA, ensuring an engaging and high-quality learner experience.
  • Partner closely with HR, business leaders and global learning teams to identify regional development needs and execute impactful learning solutions.
  • Manage all aspects of programme delivery, including planning, scheduling, communications, budgets, vendor management, learning systems and reporting.
  • Ensure programmes are executed to a consistently high standard, anticipating challenges and proactively resolving issues.
  • Develop engaging communications and promotional campaigns that drive awareness and participation.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness through learner feedback, participation metrics and business insights.
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to improve programme administration, communications, reporting and learner experiences.
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance programme quality, efficiency and scalability.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing programmes or projects from initiation through delivery, ideally within learning, talent development, HR or employee experience environments.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience overseeing budgets, external vendors and programme logistics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across different levels of an organisation.
  • A collaborative approach and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Passion for creating meaningful, engaging and accessible learning experiences.
  • Confidence using AI tools and technology to improve ways of working and enhance outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine desire to make things better

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping leadership and talent development across a large, international organisation. You'll work with senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic people initiatives, and help create learning experiences that have a lasting impact on employees and the business.

If you're passionate about learning, enjoy making things happen, and want to help people grow and succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
