HR Operations Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone of a growing business. You'll oversee HR operations, systems, reporting, compliance and the employee lifecycle, whilst leading a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement across the function.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the HR Operations team
• Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle administration and HR processes
• Manage HR systems, HR data and reporting
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
• Oversee recruitment operations, benefits and compliance
• Support employee relations and policy implementation
• Deliver people analytics and insights to support business decisions
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to enhance the employee experience

About you:

• Strong HR Operations experience with people management responsibility
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance
• Experience managing HRIS platforms and HR reporting
• Proven track record of improving processes and driving change
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
