ER Specialist

Employee Relations Specialist Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £46,000 Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Hybrid: 3 days office-based, 2 days from home

I am supporting the creation of a brand-new role for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a growing HR team based in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ER professional who enjoys managing complex employee relations cases, leading investigations, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions across a diverse group of businesses.

The Role

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, providing expert ER support across the organisation. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex ER cases from start to finish
• Leading workplace investigations and gathering relevant information
• Advising managers on employee relations matters
• Supporting HR Business Partners with ER activity
• Ensuring a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach

About You

We are looking for an approachable and confident ER specialist with:

• Strong experience in Employee Relations
• Proven experience managing investigations and complex cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
