A leading international banking group is seeking a Team Personal Assistant to support its Internal Audit team in London. Working closely with senior management, you will provide essential administrative support including diary management, travel coordination, reporting, and budget monitoring. This is a varied role within a collaborative and inclusive environment, offering hybrid working, excellent well being benefits, and strong learning and development opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior stakeholders, including complex diary and meeting management
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, reports, and internal communications
  • Manage invoices, expenses, budget monitoring, and financial reporting
  • Arrange international travel, accommodation, visas, and logistics
  • Prepare and distribute reports for committees and senior management
  • Support recruitment processes and supplier onboarding activities
  • Maintain departmental records, procurement systems, and intranet content
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support and contribute to departmental projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with teams across EMEA and support visiting international colleagues
