Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our client's manufacturing business. This is a busy role where you'll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and queries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Processing orders and providing updates on delivery schedules.
• Liaising with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Supporting the wider team with administrative and customer service tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally within manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments.
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM or ERP systems would be an advantage.
