What you'll do:
As an Operations Analyst based in London, you will play a pivotal role in establishing robust processes that underpin all payment aspects of complex financial transactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various internal teams to oversee payments execution, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
- Evaluate submitted documents thoroughly to identify deficiencies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Prepare solicitation documents with precision, simulating the payee experience to guarantee clarity and accuracy in communications.
- Validate, approve, and generate payment detail solicitations from payees while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage ongoing communication with payees regarding missing information to facilitate timely resolution and maintain positive relationships.
- Perform checks, update records, and verify funds using NetSuite to ensure accurate tracking of all payment activities.
- Request and approve payments with careful scrutiny to uphold accuracy and adherence to transaction requirements.
- Generate and deliver payment files to banking partners while maintaining comprehensive record-keeping for audit purposes.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Associates/Managers and other team members for validation, approval, and coordination across departments.
- Review documents regularly and monitor deposits to reconcile funding efficiently and prepare end-of-day reconciliations.
- Utilise tools such as NetSuite, MS Office, and bank systems effectively to optimise operational workflows.
