Responsibilities will involve ensuring accuracy in trade settlements, record management, and cash flow operations. Must have: * Proficient with Excel - ability to work with large sets of data * Bachelor’s degree and strong GCSEs and A-Levels * 1 - 5 years of relevant professional experience

Join a collaborative team where your ability to work with large data sets and spot patterns will be highly valued, regardless of your previous industry experience.

What you'll do:

You will be empowered to use your analytical skills to examine large volumes of data for inconsistencies or opportunities for greater efficiency. By engaging proactively with colleagues worldwide and participating in process enhancement initiatives, you will help drive improvements that benefit the entire organisation. Success in this role comes from being dependable, eager to learn new concepts quickly—especially those related to financial products—and contributing positively within a team-oriented culture that prizes open communication and shared problem-solving.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues locally and globally to ensure seamless trade settlements, accurate record-keeping, and effective position management across multiple asset classes.
  • Work directly with external service providers and trading partners to resolve issues arising from complex trading flows, always aiming for efficient and controlled outcomes.
  • Analyse large data sets using Excel and other tools to identify patterns, irregularities, or areas for process improvement within operational workflows.
  • Support cost management and cash management activities by maintaining precise records and ensuring timely movement of assets and information.
  • Contribute ideas in an open environment where thoughtful suggestions are encouraged and the best solutions are implemented collectively.
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and reliability in responding to evolving priorities.
  • Participate in ongoing projects aimed at enhancing internal processes, sharing insights gained from hands-on experience with data analysis.
  • Communicate clearly with team members about progress on tasks, potential risks identified through data review, or any questions that may arise during daily operations.
  • Embrace opportunities for learning about new financial products such as equities, bonds, ETFs, futures, and swaps—even if you have not previously worked with them.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking in a highly intellectual environment that values humility, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required along with one to five years of relevant professional experience in any field where attention to detail is paramount.
  • A genuine enjoyment of working with large data sets; you are adept at finding patterns or identifying irregularities that others might miss.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential; you take satisfaction in discovering more efficient ways to process information using spreadsheets or similar tools.
  • You bring a self-motivated approach combined with meticulous attention to detail; multitasking comes naturally even when priorities shift rapidly.
  • Reliability is one of your core strengths; you can be counted on by teammates thanks to your flexible nature and consistently positive demeanour.
  • A sincere interest in learning more about finance—even if it’s entirely new territory for you—demonstrates your enthusiasm for personal growth within the role.
  • Fluency in English is required so you can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing within an international context.
